Because each of our products are carefully handcrafted and are tested before packaging and shipping, items purchased from us within 30 days of receipt are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY and are fulfilled on a case to basis upon inspection of the product.

Items NOT Covered Include: -Neglegent Abuse -Water/Fluid Submursion -Accidental Damage (Torn cables, broken connections, etc.) -Depletion of Battery

If you experience an issue with your product, please provide a proof of purchase (receipt, invoice number, etc.) and email it to: eb.sliders@gmail.com

• If the LED light(s) appear to remain on, twist/adjust the LED module to a different position and reinsert back into the muffler tip.

• Although the backfire kit may appear off it is still powered, make sure to turn the switch on the battery housing to the "OFF" position when not in use.
